Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your Maniža purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we want to make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Sample sale items are final and not eligible for refund or exchange!

    NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


RETURNS

    Please submit your return digitally, and we will review it for acceptance. Please note that we no longer use other return forms by e-mail; all returns must be processed through our digital member portal. You can find yours here.

WHAT ITEMS ARE REFUNDABLE?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. Items must be in original condition and in the original packaging with tags still attached. Items must not be worn, altered or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them. Hygiene seal must be in remaining place. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. 

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR A RETURN?
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping. If you return all items, we will deduct the shipping fee. 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected and approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. We only accept returns if there is an official return form added to your package. We do not accept any other self created return forms.

Make sure you keep your track and trace code when you return an item to us. This way we can check where the package is. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

DAMAGED AND ISSUED
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

​If you have received a damaged item please email us at info@maniza.eu with images of the imperfections so we can determine the next course of action. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving the item(s). Faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.

EXCHANGES
We don’t offer exchanges due to limited stock. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the correct size or color.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


SALE OR E-GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
